Our oysters come from the Geay family at La Tremblade. They are a 5th generation family run company and David was at school with Adrien, who currently runs the company.
If you’d like to try a local beer, look no further than Bière Michelaise which is made just down the road in Semussac.
Our award winning Charentais wine, Pineau and Cognac is produced by Fréderic Billonneau at La Prenellerie, just outside Epargnes which is only 10 minutes away in the car.
Lastly, all the cheese on the cheese plate on the dessert menu is from Fromagerie Maeva in Royan.
